5-2 Distribution of the mDNkit ver.1.3 Starts

JPNIC began distribution of version 1.3 of the Multilingual Domain Name Evaluation Kit (mDNkit) on February 22, 2001. Unless major bugs are detected, this will be the final release of the mDNkit version 1.x series. Please refer to the following URL as to how to obtain and use the mDNkit.
