                        ISOC会員の種別と会費

1. 会員の種類

   ○Sustaining-Gold： これは新規の種別なので、既に会員になっている
   企業の中から「グレードアップ」する例が出ているのですが、まだWEBの
   ページには記載がありません。

   ○Executive： 多くの企業の会員が、これに属しています。Network
   Solutions, Inc./InterNIC は Executive 会員のようです。日本の日本
   インターネット協会(IAJ)も Executive です。

   ○Principal： 日本のGLOCOMが Principal 会員です。

   ○Professional： ここには Association for Computing Machinery の
   ような学会、DOD Electronic Commerce のような政府関係など入ってい
   ます。IEEE Computer Society は Executive でした。

   ○Start-up： この種別はやや特別と思いますが、German Unix Users
   Group, Internet de Colombia S.A. などが入っています。

2. 会費

   ○Sustaining-Gold：non-profit organization at $25,000 annually

   ○Executive：      non-profit organizations at $5,000 annually

   ○Principal：       non-profit organization at $2,500 annually

   ○Professional：    non-profit organization at $1,250 annually

   ○Start-up： for-profit or non-profit organization during the
     first three years of its operation at $1,000 annually.
