Hi, how are you doing?  I am Japanese exchange student in Washington, USA.
I am studying about computer system right now.  My reseach topic is
network system in Japan.  Do you have any information for me?  I would
like to know how big is the computer network system in Japan?  Who use it?
What are they doing using computer network?  How can you get it?  Are you
using Japanese or English to network?

These are my pacific questions.

1,What are the NIFTYServe and PC VAN?
        I would like to know detail of these.  What can we do using these?
         How many people are using these and so on.
        Any information about these!
2,Who can use network system in Japan?
        I think most japanese cannot use nework system.  Who use network
        and what are they doing using network?

Any information appriciate!

ＵＮＩＸマガジンの９月号を読み、要望を送らせてもらいます。

ＪＰＮＩＣのメイルサーバーでは、ＲＦＣ１５９７の日本語訳が公開されてい
ますが、その他のＲＦＣの日本語訳も（代表的なものだけでも）公開していっ
てもらえないでしょうか？

私は英語が苦手なので、ＲＦＣをせっかく入手できるのに、それを生かすこと
ができません。ほんの数ページしかないようなものであれば、自分で翻訳する
こともできますが、ＲＦＣは数十ページになるものが多いので、なかなか自分
で翻訳することができません。

ＪＰＮＩＣの活動の中で、ＲＦＣを翻訳されたものがあるのであれば、その分
だけでも公開してもらえないでしょうか？
